HUNTER’S TALE

Our India Pale Ale, built on 100% New York malt with a heavy hand of locally grown Centennial in the whirlpool and dry hop, finished with Amarillo and Citra cryo. Grapefruit and tangerine lead, edged with pine needle and fresh resin, with a soft floral lift underneath. A touch of caramel malt balances the firm bitterness and keeps the middle rounded. The finish lands crisp and resinous.
