ALPEN MOON

Alpen Moon is a richly expressive hazy IPA built on a delicate foundation of New York Pilsner malt, white wheat, and flaked oats. Generously hopped with Cascade, Vista, and Simcoe Cryo, it unfolds with layers of resinous pine, bright grapefruit zest, and ripe tropical fruit, accented by subtle notes of passion fruit and fresh citrus. A soft, velvety mouthfeel provides a beautiful counterpoint to the vibrant hop character, while restrained bitterness leads to a smooth, balanced finish with a delicate impression of citrus and pine.
