Falling Clouds

Our naturally carbonated and unfiltered Helles lager, a Hudson Valley interpretation of the classic Munich style brewed with 100% New York ingredients. The flavor opens with soft bready malt, accented by floral and herbal hops from locally grown Excelsior that bring brightness and a touch of citrus. The body is slightly rounded from the proteins and yeast left in suspension, finishing smooth and clean. More assertive on the hops than a traditional Helles, balanced by malt depth.
